Planning permission granted for conversation of agricultural Barn to office 2006. Office relocates to temporary accommodation on site 2007 to oversee work and allow expansion.
In 2007 begin to implement an environmental policy which focuses on CO2 reduction through highly energy efficient building envelope and services.
In 2010 office is awarded Best Green Business Award.
In 2010 Paul McAlister becomes the first Person in Northern Ireland to be accredited as Certified European Passive House Designer ( CEPH ) from the Passive house Institute in Germany.
Other interests include spending time with family, sport, rugby, cycling and the great outdoors. In 2003 qualified as referee with Ulster Society of Rugby Football Referees.
