| Gilford House, Co. Down |
| This house had a client brief of an internal space which had the ‘woow factor’. The response was to create a double height space with a mezzanine level with a focal fireplace also within this space. The building form is traditional when viewed to the road frontage. To the rear large areas of glazing allow for sunlight, light whilst maintaining privacy. Living spaces to the rear of the house are connected to create sense of space and light throughout. |
