| A large private dwelling on an elevated rural site in Co Tyrone. Design considerations included the retention of the scale of the house in the rural context whilst providing the considerable accommodation. The clients liked the idea of a traditional courtyard. The device was used as a means or organising the exterior space. Planning permission has been granted.
