This Grade B2 listed building required complete refurbishment with a new rear extension completing the building element so that it would function as a modern and practical home. A grant was obtained from Northern Ireland Environmental Agency, Listed Buildings branch, for the works associated with maintenance and repair. Completed in 2005.
