The project involved the construction of 6500sqm of factory building and 700sqm of office and support accommodation to the front of the building. The site was a seven acres ‘Invest Northern Ireland’ site for which we had to gain all of the legal agreements and statutory approvals before construction could commence. Construction was a six month programme with the building becoming a flagship building for the McAvoy Group and its production of secure accommodation. Completion June 2004 at a contract value of 2.5million.
