Rarely do we find a client willing to delegate both the exterior and interior design decisions to the architect. This project which was a substantial extension to an existing holiday home in Donegal came with a client brief of ‘do whatever you think’. The end result is much loved by the client and responds well to the superb views from the main living space. In this instance all internal elements including the fireplace were designed and sourced by the architect.
