This proposal was for the replacement of Lisburn rugby club involved the redevelopment of all existing facilities. Our instruction was to provide a sketch scheme for the new club that would be suitable to take the club forward in the foreseeable future. The scheme was enthusiastically received but to date the venture has not progressed.
