The redevelopment of an abandoned Mill building created a unique opportunity to recreate the spirit of the original building. This scheme rebuilds the mill building to the rear of the site with reclaimed material from the original building. The new mill building creates a focal point to the development and contrasts to the classically designed houses of the scheme give context and meaning to the new development.
