| The planning service has put development of a maximum of five houses per cluster as a way of controlling the urban form to this development. In this case the clusters or ‘Clachans’ of houses are reminiscent of the traditional farmhouse clusters of rural Ireland. A managed planting band between the clusters ensures that each is private to one another. Eventually a new form of development will ensue for this village as the clusters develop over a period of time |
