| This site is in a ‘Local landscape Policy Area’ which makes its development sensitive to its existing context in terms of impact on the landscape, setting of the house and also the impact on the existing mature trees whose presence adds to the setting. A scheme has been developed that reflects these values and extends the adjacent parkland into the development site. |
