The ‘house with no running cost ’ has become a reality, with the idea of eliminating all running costs providing an attractive alternative to a conventional home. The government target deadline of 2016 for all new houses to be ‘carbon neutral’ is now only eight years away. The design of ‘Eco homes’ has proved popular with the public who see both the environmental benefits and low running costs as a motivation to invest.  
We are running an information seminar explaining why and how to build thermally efficient homes.  During the seminar, the technology behind ‘Eco-friendly living’ are explained by architect Paul McAlister and Mike Megaw explains ‘their house with no running cost ’
