Criteria: This project involved the construction of a 6500sqm factory workshop building with an additional 700sqm of office and support accommodation to the front of the factory. The site was a seven acres ‘Invest Northern Ireland’ site for which we had to gain all of the legal agreements and statutory approvals before construction could commence. Construction was a six-month programme with the building becoming a flagship building for the McAvoy Group and its production of modular off-site accommodation.
