Criteria: The £800,000 extension to Maine Integrated Primary School, Randalstown was officially opened on Friday, November 20th 2015 by Danny Kinahan MP and Baroness May Blood. This investment project has provided additional classrooms, play areas, sports facilities and a school hall for the 135 children attending the school and playgroup. The funding for the new development was provided by the Department of Education as part of their £110m investment in the school’s estate in Northern Ireland. Maine Integrated Primary School was the first of the 34 projects under the scheme to be completed on-site.
